Everyone at this place is on top of their game. They're always well prepared and make every visit quick and painless. I went in to get 4 wisdom teeth taken out, and was out in 90 minutes from the time I walked in the door. The procedure was quick and painless, and I had little to no problems during recovery. They're very up front about costs and take extra special care to make sure you are comfortable and well informed about the services you are being given. Hands down the best dental facility I've ever experienced.

My son got his wisdom teeth removed. They were very polite and friendly. I like that I could get a Saturday appointment being a teacher it is near impossible to get time off during the week. The staff and Docter was very thoughtful and though in explaining the procedure and post op instructions. The office was neat and easy to find. I would definitely recommend Valley View Dental.

My first dental exam in a long while! Staff were friendly- professional and comforting. The office follows all the new protocols to a tee. Thank you to the staff who took my mouth “pictures”, the Dr who checked me out thoroughly and to Maria who did my cleaning and provided sensitivity and caring during my visit. I am now on a mission to take care of my teeth and health.

I was a patient of Valley View Dental and I am not impressed nor can recommend this Dental Clinic. First off, I don’t think ‘most’ dentists that work there are knowledgeable of how to treat their patients. 2nd, it’s beyond obvious that they’re just all about the money, don’t get me wrong most businesses are all about money but this Dental Clinic don’t really care about their patients. It’s so unprofessional of how they deal with patients ‘payments’. They will let you sit on the dental chair, dentist will tell you what procedure they’ll do but still hesitant IF it’s fixable or doable, then the finance guy will come in to the room, ask for money not knowing if the dentist are able to treat the patient. Then in the middle of the procedure, dentists and assistant busy looking inside my mouth and another girl from their finance dept would INTERRUPT the procedure asking for a credit card or a debit card that they can use to charge the amount that was explained to me, How unprofessional is that??? If I was the dentist, I would say something that IT CAN WAIT!! But no, dentist had to stop what he was doing and I had to stand up and dig through my purse to get my debit card. It felt like I was at a fly by night dental clinic that they’re scared that they won’t get paid after the procedure. They would charge the amount right away without knowing if my case would be treatable. It ended up that the attending dentist couldn’t fixed it and my card was already charged and had to wait for 5 days for me to get refunded!

A dental place I call “home”, I used to live nearby and had been a customer for approximately 8 years. Unfortunately, I moved away to Chicago. I guess it is a big shoe to fill, past 3 years in Chicago, I could not find anything that have a similar (high) standard compared to Valley View Dental in Romeoville. So I decided to come back although I have to drive 45 min there. Their service is always phenomenal and I am glad to come back (home) again.
