Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced with a bank. Banking isn’t easy or fun to begin with so the least they could do is not make it miserable. Or at least attempt to be understanding and friendly if things aren’t going the way they are supposed too. But I think the ladies enjoy being miserable to customers.nnI have a new account at Dupaco and the difference is night and day. Much, much better customer service, even when there are problems. So happy I switched.
They tell you one thing and then charge you for the next. Don’t go to this bank they really don’t explain anything thoroughly.
Woodforest National Bank has exceeded my expectations of what a bank inside of a department store should be.
