This work was completed as part of a home insurance policy.nnKevin and Tom came by to check out our water heater that was leaking from the bottom. Two days later, they came back to install a new one. Their work was done in a little over an hour. Both of them were friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend B-N-K.

Horrible company. Rude and dismissive. Not knowledgeable about their craft. Unwilling to work with warranty company.

Had them come via my home warranty to clear out our basement drain and replace some leaky pipes.nnThey diagnosed the drain issue, and said they needed to order parts for the leaky pipes and had to reschedule. They did not clean up after themselves and left the basement floor a mess.nnAfter having them back out, they could not turn off the water on my previously functional shutoff valve, which I have successfully used on multiple occasions, leading me to conclude they over tightened it and broke it. I have an older home with no locatable external shutoff, and they offered no remedy to the situation, leaving it up to me to figure out a solution, at my own expense, with local public works. Again, left their previous mess untouched.nnAll through this, the plumber who showed up at my house treated my fiancée as if she could not possibly understand plumbing and provided very little insight into the problems, requiring me to take time out of now 3 workdays to give them a call and ask questions.nnThis all would not have bothered me as much as it does if I did not then receive a notification that BNK reported the work as having been completed, despite nothing beyond diagnosis of the drain issue being done, resulting in my home warranty company closing my service ticket.

From the moment I made contact with Alicia in the office, to the two technicians that came by: Tim & Matt, I felt that I was dealing with experienced, professional & personable company. Tim & Matt did an amazing job and also even took a little time to educate us on routine maintenance of our plumbing system - this is very much appreciated! Everything is working wonderfully & the out of pocket cost was reasonable. I’m a very happy customer :)

Our basement flooded on a Sunday, we called and they came out within an hour or so, Tim knew what to do right away and gave us our options for replacements. It was no hassle at all and I was still able to go about my evening. Once done Tim went over everything with us and also gave some suggestions . Will definitely call them again in the future if needed.
