I called around to local septic repair companies to install an inlet baffle on my septic that the local inspectors missed when we bought our house. Rechel septic was responsive and came the next morning to pump my septic and install the baffle. Rechel identified that the system was also missing an outlet baffle (that the inspector also missed) and that the outlet pipe had pulled out of the tank. Rechel allowed me to save the cost of having them bring out a tractor to dig. I called when the hole was dug the same afternoon and they once again came back the very next morning and repaired the pipe, replaced the gasket, and installed the baffle. The guys were all knowledgeable answering my questions, courteous, and got the job done quick. They'll be my first call for now on and if I ever buy another house with a septic, I'll have them independently evaluate the system in addition to the inspection report sellers are required to bring to closing.
Kyle was very professional and knowledgeable. Had a new motor replaced, as well as a septic deep clean. Punctual, and took care of the issues fast. Highly recommended.

The techs were on time and guided me through what needed to be done with my septic, as this is the first time I've had to do this in our house. They did excellent work and educated me about my septic and how to take care of. I am definitely keeping these guys on schedule for our next septic cleaning and pump.
