My first experience at the Walpole location was exceptional. From the moment I walked in every one was welcoming and professional. Dr. Deangelo was very knowledgeable and made me feel confident in her abilities to improve the health of my mouth. I will definitely be returning to this practice. It is not every day that you find a Dental office like this.
My experience at the Walpole mass location was phenomenal. Dr Deangelo and her staff were professional and knowledgeable. It took one week to get a new denture that anywhere else to 2-3 months. Would recommend to anyone
Customer service review-nDO NOT GO TO DEDHAM LOCATION. I had a new patient appointment scheduled for 5:15pm. Being new to Massachusetts and the practice I accidentally went to the Walpole location and not the Dedham location. When I arrived at 5pm the front desk staff at Walpole told me about my mix up & said to head over to Dedham, they will still take me if I’m a couple minutes late. On my way speeding over, I called to let them know my eta was 5:20pm (5 min late) and the girl on the phone told me late is late and I would have to reschedule. Lucky for me there was a 6pm opening at the Walpole location & they were able to get me in & out by 6:30pm. The reason I’m giving this a 2 star instead of a 1 star is because everyone at Walpole location, desk, dental assistant & dentist were gems & nothing but nice.nI probably wouldn’t have gone to Aspen dental at all after the rude & totally inconsiderate interaction with front desk staff at Dedham but I was experiencing such bad pain I had to get it looked at.
Came here for a cleaning. Was told I habe to spend $1500 before they would do a normal cleaning that my last dentist had no issue doing. Waste of my time.
I can't give these guys less than one star. They don't deserve to have a legal business to even get a star. These guys are the worst. I made an appointment to get my teeth cleaned, I had full dental coverage. But because the office didn't process my dental insurance in a timely manner, the insurance company would not pay. Now, nearly two years later, they want to get paid and instead of calling me directly for payment, they are using a collection agency. Very inscrutable practice, I would not trust these guys. I am not sure what they submitted to the insurance company, but what the amount the collection agency is trying to get from me, you'd think I got braces from them. No one in the office has the authority to deal with me directly.
