Terrible phone etiquette. Called twice, sat on hold for 20 minutes each time and got hung up on both times.

This is the slowest and uncaring pharmacy I've ever been to. 3.5 hour's to fill a script. I had major shoulder surgery ,the doctor called my script in before I woke up from antestesia and I had to wait hours for my pain pills. Now I was just on hold for 36 minutes,and when they finally answered they had no answers for me .W.T.F.

Always a long wait time for medicine, looong line. They need to hire more help !

The one thing about this pharmacy I don’t like is that if a doctor or nurse practitioner calls or sends in a prescription, the pharmacists won’t fill that prescription until the person picking up the prescription is physically in the building. And then, you have to wait between 30 minutes to 1 hour for that prescription to be filled. On days the pharmacy is busy, they never answer their phones. It’s especially frustrating when you have a dispute with an insurance company; you have to go in person to ask for help. Other than that, they’re OK.
