Jessica spent time to ensure that I made the right decisions when resetting a heirloom ring. I felt that I was being educated without being upsold. They do not push you to buy at this business, and they stop to hear your input on what you would like. The ring itself turned out beautiful and I could not be happier with the price, service, and time to complete.

I love Steffans...one thing you need to know, for sure. You won't be pressured to buy anything. Finally, a jewelry store where you can look at their products and consider it, without a sales pitch. Feels like you are with friends who care.
