I came in to see Alyssa after not having my hair touched for over a year. She listened to what I wanted, gave some input and brought life back into my hair! She was also so sweet to my daughter and made her feel extra special with a pink hair extension :)
Alyssa is AMAZING to work with! Her hair coloring skills are beautiful and she is so knowledgeable on all things hair. She makes you feel so comfortable and is so kind! Her goal is always to make you feel as beautiful and comfortable as possible.
Alyssa is the best! I started going to her YEARS ago (I can’t even remember how long it’s been, 5+ years?) She always listens to what I want, gives honest input on how the style/color will turn out before getting started(much appreciated), and offers her professional expertise to get my hair to look like the Pinterest pictures and keeping it as healthy as possible. She is an expert at balayage and highlighting-I love the subtle ombré look and keep going blonder and blonder. I’ve also had my eyebrows waxed and she knew how to clean them up nicely without thinning them out. 10/10 would recommend Glow salon - I drive from Downtown Chicago to McHenry just to get my hair done because I only trust Alyssa and you can’t beat her prices!

I called this morning at 9:10 AM left all my information. Five hours later still haven't received a call back for an appointment.nFor a 5 star rating I'm not impressed.
