this place is absolutely horrible. they killed my daughter's 2 year old cat. i dropped the cat off. the young blonde nurse at night was very compassionate and knowledgeable while the Doctor was very pushy about me giving treatment to my daughter's cat. The tall doc was very adamant about bringing the cat to the back right away after the X-rays were taken but the girl offered to pet and snuggle him before he went to the back. i got a call the following day saying her cat didn't make it. This was so traumatic to my daughter. 2 weeks later I went to go pick up the ashes and was told that the sweet employee that helped me that night has quit. Its a mix of frustration and sadness. the doc killed our cat. no matter what I say, it doesn't change the fact that the cat is gone way to soon. Im writing this to share my experience and what its like to go here and be once again disappointed.

We have cats and dogs of all sizes and ages. They have always been amazing. Above and beyond with customer service. Fair pricing, too. Always keeps appointments and never keeps me waiting too long. We love this team!
I have nothing but great things to say about this place. Dr. C and his staff are the nicest most helpful people with no judgements. I came in with my 11 year old Yorkie whom we have neglected to take care of her teeth and she also had an irrupting mamory tumor she also had a fever of 104. We are a young couple and Sadie was a family dog that we took over once we were on our own, there's no excuse for her neglect but unfortunately all but one of her teeth were extracted, doc had his work cut out for him with her bottom jaw line being so thin from tooth decay. He also wrote out a plan for her surgery to insure we were comfortable with the amount of time she would be under (my biggest concern at her age.) The from desk ladies are so sweet and helpful as well, I like this place so much I booked my cats spay for the same day as Sadie's tumor removal and teeth extraction. The ladies at up front made sure I was informed every step of them way. They have clients for life with us! Thanks again Animal Hosiptal of Spring Grove!
This Animal hospital mistreats not only their workers, but animals too. The managers seem to have no respect for their workers. I’ve also heard reports of pets getting thrown around without care.
