Jason( the owner) responded to our after hours call very quickly on a Sunday afternoon . He came out and diagnosed what was wrong with our furnace and gave me some options to replace my existing unit. Very thorough in his explanation and gave me a very reasonable price to replace my unit with a comparable unit. Came out the next day after quoting me for new furnace along with whole house humidifier and had unit completely installed by mid afternoon. Also installed smart thermostat free of charge , just had to buy thermostat. Overall pleased with service and would definitely recommend using the company again.
Had great experiences with Comfort Doctors. They did such a great job installing a new furnace for us that we had them also come back and install a new boiler as well. Both jobs were done very professionally and on time as scheduled. Their expertise is highly recommended!
I have been a customer of the Comfort Doctors since purchasing my home back in 2004. Jason (the owner) and his team have been top notch since day one. Jason has taken or returned every call I have made, answered every question I have ever asked (and I ask a lot!), and is very knowledgeable in helping me understand what they are doing and why it needed to be done...all before actually starting the work. The entire team has always been kind, sincere, and concerned about doing the right thing for their customers, and continue to stand behind the products and services they deliver. Their estimates have always been spot on and communicate every step of the way. When my original heater stopped working, Jason and team were here within a few hours and had my house back to being toasty warm! It is for all of the reasons above and more that I continue to use them today for all of my heating and AC needs. In fact, Jason was just at my house today to scope out a bit of work. I have and will continue to recommend Jason and the Comfort Doctors as they are second-to-none. Keep up the great work!
Crew was efficient, professional, and polite. They did a great job installing and answering any questions I had while replacing both the furnace and water heater. They also thoroughly cleaned up afterwards.
