Forgot my credit card at the gas pump. Called and spoke to a woman who was sure she had seen it and was very helpful, I never heard back unfortunately. Stopped in the next day but couldn't converse with the employee due to the gentleman not speaking English, fine. I then called 3 days later and asked if it had been seen and was told no promptly. That conversation lasted maybe 15 seconds.nnHe was absolutely no help, he clearly didn't look within our brief 15 seconds, he didn't even mention that he knew of the situation and had no luck finding it. A little extra time hearing my call would have kept me as a customer that is local to the station and a customer for 5+ years. I would of just liked to hear that he knew of my call and request but had no luck finding it. Now I feel like it's there but its not worth his time to find out. Super disappointed but I have no problem using other gas stations from now on.
Could use a freshen up.
