Great service, but just one thing why can't a check/money put into an account be available the next morning to use? It's frustrating having not being able to use a debit card until the end of a day, should not be this slow
the worst customer service i’ve experienced, possibly ever. I find an issue with my account every month or so, and you would think these women would have some sort of understanding to what is happening. nope. excuses and lies. they never tell you what’s actually going on with your account. they just tell you to call back later. they’re very quick to sweep the problem under the rug and move along with their days. good luck! :)
