Everyone here is just great. Attentive and kind. They also do not overcharge and are more affordable than other vets I’ve used. My kitties don’t dread visiting and they love everyone.

Been taking my animals here for years. They always take the time to explain anything that is going on with them. Would recommend this place over the veterinarian places I have ever been.

Professional, compassionate care. I always feel confident that my dogs even with Covid separation will be well cared for and Vet follow-up on the phone reassures me and answers my questions.

I was very satisfied with the quality of care my puppy received on his first visit which included a wellness check and vaccines. This latest time I went is when things went wrong.nnMy adorable and energetic puppy is normally rambunctious, eats his food at all times, and happily collapses in his kennel at the end of the day. Two days ago, my fiance called me to let me know our energetic puppy was instead laying around and sleeping all day. He also wasn't eating unless we hand fed him. That night we placed him in his kennel like normal and instead of laying right to sleep as is normal, he whined and screamed in ways he never has before. I called Banfield and told them the changes in behavior and they agreed to see him the following day to be examined by the vet. They also mentioned they hadn't scheduled him for a booster vaccine and would like to do that if he was given a clean bill of health. I said that was fine but wasn't my concern.nnAfter another night filled with the same whining and thrashing in his kennel I brought him in. They took him back and I was shocked to have them return him to me in less than 2 minutes. I asked if the vet saw him and the woman appeared confused, saying he was scheduled for a vaccine appointment. I told her that wasn't the reason for my appointment and explained the situation again. They tried to tell me some sort of medical assistant had examined him and he appeared fine so they gave him the vaccine. How they gave him an exam in less than a few minutes is beyond me. She told me to watch out for vomiting but his issues sound behavioral and that requires home monitoring.nnI was livid at this point but didn't push the issue because I've lost all trust for them. This is a very jarring experience and when I called my mother's vet right after the appointment, they told me to bring my puppy in right away. I'm waiting for the doctor to complete his exam now and she asked me more questions than Banfield did (which was none). They asked for his normal routine, how often my pup is in his kennel, have there been any changes in the household or even a new food brand, and most importantly, have I noticed him favoring a side of his body or having new spots he doesn't like touched.nnI very well could just be a nervous new puppy mom, but Banfield ignored all of my concerns and didn't communicate at all other than to give me the standard warning signs for vaccine reactions. I hadn't wanted the vaccines for this appointment in the first place.

Banfield has pretty decent prices regarding animal health care. One thing I especially like is that you can get up to 10% off for grooming services for their highest plan. I have had no issues.
