Carlos is excellent. He is very responsive & reasonably priced. He & Eli installed a new water heater very quickly for us after the old one started leaking. I highly recommend CAB Backflow & would absolutely use them again for other plumbing jobs.
Carlos was extremely prompt, punctual, personable and knowledgeable. My family and I were more than happy that we called and that he responded. CAB are definitely my go-to guys for anything plumbing related. I HIGHLY recommend.
I needed to replace a older water heater , Carlos was fast to respond and very easy to schedule. With he texted to let me know when he arrived and showed up on time. He was very competitive. The installation was done quickly , he reviewed things with me and cleaned up after himself and rechecked his work before leaving. I'd use him again for other plumbing needs. Thank you

Carlos was fantastic. He came in way under what everyone was quoting. He called immediately after I clicked submit on HomeAdvisor and 3 hours later my hot water heater was replaced. He called at 3pm, we talked for 5 mins, he didn’t try to upsell, and by 6 my daughter was taking her bath. Very personable and has a trusting demeanor. Would recommend him to anyone.
