I came back after three years of not having come since my last experience was not that good. I have to say this establishment has definitely improved! Our waiter was nice and attentive the entire time. The service was not as slow and the food came out warm and tasted good. I enjoyed the Caesar salad, though I would suggest asking for dressing on the side. The pizza was very cheesy and had a lot of toppings. The onion pieces were really big so I'd also suggest cutting back on those. The pizza was good but not the best compared to other parlors. I am giving this restaurant three stars because, although it has improved, it is still average. This would not be the first place I'd recommend for a deep dish but I definitely wouldn't be opposed to coming here for a dinner with family or visitors. It is an alright, typical chain restaurant.

Best deep dish pizza I’ve ever had. Not greasy at all and it’s made freshly as you order. It took 45 minutes to get our pizza but it’s WELL worth the wait. Great first date for my husband and I in Illinois.

Service has gone down hill, but still some of the best pizza around! Delivery orders consistently arrive late (like an hour late). When we inquire about our late order, we get hung up on. Pizza is 5 stars, but delivery service (or lack there of) is not worth it. We live three miles from this location, but orders take 3 hours to arrive. To top it off, each recent order has been wrong. They correct when we call to complain, but it gets tiresome constantly getting an incorrect order.

My experience was Great! My coworkers and I celebrated Easter early cause most of us will be with family, I must say The Manager Doug was awesome laid it out for us! We had pre-ordered our pizza's and ate cause we had to be back at work and it worked out just fine! Thanks Giordano's and Doug for the experience!
