Any cold stone creamery is always a win in my book! Best ice cream around, hands down. All that aside, I love this new Gurnee location. I have been here three times during quarantine and they the staff have been great and quick. The shop is always clean. We recently ordered a custom ice cream birthday cake and the process was quick and easy. We were very pleased.
We haven't been to Cold Stone in a year and treated ourselves to dessert. The guys serving did a masterful job, they listened to our orders and made them accordingly. Great service and a great dessert.
Cannot get an order right even when it’s written down. Third time ordering, third time they got it wrong. It’s literally one vanilla ice cream with M&Ms and one plain vanilla ice cream.
The man behind the counter was very nice and patient while my grand kids made up their minds several times. The medium was too big for them so I would recomend smalls. Very yummy!
