Very helpful and friendly people. Told me why I should do each stretch and how it would make me stronger. Watchful for what was too much or too little for my knee to handle, and that I was doing everything correctly. Improvement was laid out in simple stretches I could do at home. Great place to go, I can finally skate without pain. --age 14

When I had the need for physical therapy I reached out to a friend who is a physical therapist in Chicago for recommendations. He didn't have any specific reccomendations locally, but he encouraged me to look for someone in a smaller practice with more experience. I found this office through Google and was attracted by the other reviews, the hours, and Dr. Sullivan's noted experience. Paul and the team have been great to work with. When I first called to schedule therapy I was immediately impressed by the detailed questions from Cindy who answered the phone and setup my first visit. Paul takes time to listen to what you're experiencing and develop an individualized plan for you. Paul is very knowledgeable but humble enough to make sure you understand th reason for everything you're working on. He's also very actively involved in his continuing education. As a bonus, I really do appreciate the flexible hours which allow me to come in early to get PT before going into work. Thanks for going the extra mile.

I was very pleased with my experience from beginning to end. They were able to schedule my appointments quickly, at convenient times. Paul really listened to my concerns and addressed them. My in-office treatment was effective, and he gave me suggestions for home exercise. They were on top of billing and scheduling the whole time. Always prompt and respectful of my time.

I found the physical therapists and staff very professional and pleasant to work with during my 10 rehab visits. The facility was clean and spacious. The equipment and machines I used definitely helped me to become completely pain free. I highly recommend them.
