I travel to Cary to get a decent Taco Bell meal. This one is not up to par. Stale tortillas, spicy potato tacos with hardly any sauce, cheese quesadillas with hardly any cheese or sauce (had one once with over half of it empty), bean burritos that are burnt. This occurs often here. I've gone back many times thinking each failure was a fluke, but it continues to happen. Go to a different Taco Bell.

Ordered through uber eats almost 30 min before close and they ignored my order and never answer the phone. Worst service ever. Management needs to change and actually have people in there that care about customers

I asked for shredded chicken, they gave me spicy chicken. I asked for chicken, they gave me beef. I asked for hard shell they gave me soft shell(which makes me puke). I honestly can’t remember the last time they actually got my order correct. For example just today I went to Taco Bell asking for hard shell shredded chicken tacos. They gave me soft shell spicy chicken tacos (both make me feel like I’m gonna puke). I don’t think I’m gonna go to Taco Bell ever again. At least not this one.
