Gavin the new manager is amazing!! I personally have a background in optics and so my expectations are set considerably high. His product knowledge and professionalism is amazing! He knows how to fit a frame to the face and will tell you anything and everything you need to know about the lenses! Very easy going and a delight to talk to!

Long story short: James and Gavin will educate you on everything you have questions on and far more, without a salesman vibe (only uber friendliness), and they’re customer services skills are beyond exceptional. My experience: I walked in and their displays caught my eyes as I’m a repeat Oakley purchaser over the past 10 years. First James asked how he could help and had me feeling well taken care of as he offered to get the two sunglasses I was interested in immediately and had options ready that I hadn’t considered that really broadened my selection. James had incredible reasoning as to why certain frames fit different contours and structures in the face and pointed out why a pair I was wearing was working the way it was. This very genuine and impactful approach is a winning way to approach customers. Amidst my discussion with James was when Gavin walked up and answered a new question I’d just thought of with the prizm lens specifics that he handled with ease. I had several follow-up questions that he answered leaving me shocked at the great detail and areas different lens performed best in. Talk about great education as to why different pairs can look good, how they work, and which ones do what, considering what I’m using them for. These two left me reeling to purchase several new pairs in the near future and more importantly I felt at home there with all questions answered beyond initial expectations.

Gavin and Howard are the best.

I don't think this location for sunglass hut exists. We ended up driving to layton hills mall.
