Nice staff appears professional. Didn't give much instruction on putting the cone on the cat so can't get it on! Should have had it on the cat when picked up!
I tried to call and setup an appointment because my dog had hurt herself unexpectedly the day before. I suspected just a strain but wanted to err on the side of caution.nnI spoke with Deb who informed me they were overbooked, wouldn't be able to see me for a week, and then that they were not taking new clients.nnI informed her that this was for a quick diagnosis due to the sudden injury and asked if they could fit me in today or tomorrow. She said no and referred me to an emergency room over an hour away.nn(Thankfully I know folks in the area who called shenanigans on this and gave me another option only 15 minutes away).nnThe overall tone of the conversation was very curt and dismissive of my pet's injury. I am also unclear on why I wasn't recommended to any other vets if they truly were overbooked (or just didn't want to help).nnMight just be a one off experience but I am disappointed considering all the other reviews they have.
I brought my 4 month old puppy in for shots and they took him to the back to clip his nails and brought him back with a muzzle on. I should report them for animal cruelty because now I can't clip his nails because he tries to bite me. Stay Away from them, just pay a little more and go to Peotone they're nice people.
Love this place! Very caring & thorough. They even have a vet that is experienced in treating certain exotic animals. I highly recommend this place!
Extremely over priced. They nickel and dime you for every little thing. There is no other place to take your pet and they know it. Places like this prey on your emotional attachment to your pet to charge you a fortune.
