awful customer service. i stopped using there storage unit over two months ago. i left them know and two months later they are still charging my credit card and refuse to answer the phone even though i am calling during business hours. i even went there in person during business hours but no one was in the office. they are awful and i recommend working with someone else
The property manager is amazing!
I really like this place. Very competitive pricing, easy to work with. Has a gate with a code, been using a unit for 6 months and had no issues.
Our company has had several units at Burton Lane Storage for the past several years and we have been pleased. You can't beat this facility for the price. Looks like they've installed some security cameras recently that only add to the value and security.
I have had a unit for years at Burton Storage I had my payments set up through my debit card until it expired and decided to give them my account information to set up auto pay without having to deal with expiration dates. Well as it turns out the process never completed and they never let me know. I go to the unit yesterday to move some things around only to find my code doesn't work, talk to the office and guess what. They've sent me to collections! I've moved since so I cant fault them there but they have had my current phone number the whole time! The new management blames the old management etc. etc. I advise against doing business with Burton Lane Storage.
