Ghost Pepper Taco + Tequila Bar

The food is consistently fresh and flavorful, cashiers gives good service. I love how neat it is and character. Keep up the good work.

I made reservations with a group of friends to come here on a Wednesday Night. I heard about it and had been wanting to try it but the few friends I knew who went didn't really give it a great recommendation. But I still wanted to go. The place looks really nice, the bar looks fun and they have a projector playing random videos. But the food was really a let down. First off, we had a group of 6 and we all ordered different items, but everything comes out combined, so for example, I had a shrimp Taco and so did my friend on the other side of the table but they came out on 1 plate together. And things were just randomly paired. We all hated that. The Flavors were just okay. My shrimp taco had no seasoning or flavor and my Octopus Taco was so dry I didn't even finish it. My friends had similar impressions of their food, we ordered a lot of different items and the only thing we liked was the Nachos. But Nachos are kind of hard to screw up. So that was it, just okay at best Tacos, and at one point the host went outside to smoke and came back in, and even being 2 tables away that was all we could smell. Kind of gross to be honest. The sever was nice but not talkative and when I had asked for a Napkin because we had spill and I used mine to clean it up, he said okay and then brought after we had finished eating (the spill happened before we even ordered), so that was odd. Won't be coming back.

Really tasty spot! The drinks are especially good. It's super cute inside too. Love the vibe. The only thing I'd say is that some of the food was a bit cold, that's the reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5. I'll definitely be back soon, hopefully with super warm food!

I am giving this place 3 stars due to the location and service. This place has so much potential. Location, decor, and service receive a solid 5 stars. The food on the other hand is overpriced considering how small the portions are. The tacos we ordered are your run of the mill tacos.Nothing to brag about. I can easily make these in my kitchen. I would drive down a little bit further to Yellow Door Taqueria where the tacos are amazing, the portions will not leave you hungry, and the drinks are consistently good. I will most likely not return. Hope management takes these reviews into consideration. I wish them luck!

Why cant Boston have a decent taco restaurant. The place is beautiful, wonderful atmosphere and the staff is super friendly. The drinks are well made with good options. Now, the food. Horrible. portion sizes are lacking and everything we tried was sweet. This is not even close to Mexican cuisine. Please update the menu, i fear you are not going to last.
