I honestly gave up on travel agencies a while ago. But after booking through MI Travel, I will definitely be using them for all my future bookings. They really made everything extremely easy for me, got tickets cheaper than those available on Google flights or other different booking sites. They were in contact throughout the travel, and extremely, EXTREMELY professional. Highly recommend, hands down the best service I have experienced.
For my first time going through a travel agency, I was pleasantly surprised! Both Ali and Bilal treated us like family, provided us with the best deals, worked with us to resolve our issues, last minute emergent travel plan changes and helped us create the easiest travel plan. Bilal was very responsive, even after hours for emergencies/issues and went above and beyond to ensure our travel plans were executed efficiently. If you have never booked with a travel agency before I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND MI Travel Inc.
