I had some Christmas gifts to return. Staff was very friendly and made the returns quick and easy. Put the credit on a gift card and I got more out of it than I returned, thanks to the after Christmas sales! I had never shopped at LOFT before, but I might be back now.

I went in today with a friend, we went in looking to buy something for both our mothers. One of the employees asked me if I needed help finding something in particular, and I nicely responded “no thank you, I’m just looking around for now”. She shuts blankly stared at me and I felt awkward. I walked away because that long stare and pause was making me feel uncomfortable as well. I walked towards my friend right afterwards and saw from afar that the employee kept her eye on us as if we were going to do something. It was honestly the worst experience ever. We were being followed/watched te whole time there. They need to hire better employees at this location, my friend and i felt completely disrespected.
