Was very happy with my experience here. My partner and I got matching tungsten wedding bands and Ali was a great salesperson and host. He even brought us out some cold Sprites! Unfortunately, my band ended up being a size too big after wearing it all day (and I mistakenly tried them on my right hand without knowing finger size on each hand can differ.) We went in again and Miss Paula was also very kind and accommodating. She measured my left finger and promised they’d order me a new one in the correct size. I believe they actually ended up ordering a whole batch just to get me mine. Ali is also very responsive to emails and phone calls, and you can tell he wants you to be happy with your purchase and have a good experience.
My number 1 place for jewelry now. Ms.Paula is a great store manager and deserve a promotion and raise. Thank you again Ms. Paula you really do a outstanding job.
Customer service was good nice selection of items prices reasonable on some items nice and clean store.
