I love love love shopping at Kay Jewelers Lombard location. I always have such great service and the staff is unbeatable! Steven has such a great attitude and amazing customer service, he was so patient and helped me pick out the perfect ring. He explained everything so thoroughly and made sure everything was up to my standards. I highly recommend everyone to go to this location and ask for Steven and his staff!
