Huge space filled with fashion-forward clothes separated in distinct departments that we're being sold at reduced prices. Wish I had hours of free time to scoop up some deals. And shopping environment was pleasant with air conditioning and upbeat music playing in the background.

Alex the manager and the young lady with long black hair (I don’t know what her name is) are extremely rude and unhelpful. Each time I go there I either get treated with attitude, or refused to be helped or I witness them being rude to others. Not sure how they still have a job there but I don’t recommend this location at all. I recently came in with a return with the receipt and all tags attached and they refused to return, exchange or even give me store credit. The best part was they lied to my face and said I was too late but on the receipt it said I had more than two weeks remaining to return it. Unprofessional, rude, liars. Smh

This used to be my favorite store until recently. Came in today but had to ask for help due to the unorganized mess. The heavily tattooed female cashier rolled every eyes at me and was unwilling to help. This store should have closed up and kept Oak Brook open. This is my first time coming here empty handed. Never coming to this location again.

Nice friendly helpful staff took a of extra time helping my daughter choose her items . Not overly crowded . Checkout was a breeze just wish they didn't allow ppl to bring dogs into the stores . I am allergic to the fur although I met some friendly dogs who just wanted to sniff and say hello lol
