They are wonderful, honest and super friendly. I had nothing short of a great experience. It's hard to get rid of some personal items but I don't believe there is a better place to do it. A nice place to do business with. I had to sell a gold coin and you have to take it to trusted reputable dealer to sell items like this. I relied on reviews like this to decide where to sell and I was glad I did. The exchange was quick, easy, low stress and the price was fair. I would recommend them to friends and family.
We had a large lot of jewelry so we made an appointment with Mary. She was friendly and walked us through everything she was doing. She was wonderful. Even though we had a large about of items to look at she took her time and gave us what I believe was a fair price. We sold a lot of items and brought home a lot of items. Am a confident we got a good price and I am very glad we picked PGS.
The only reason I chose not to give PGS one star is the woman helping me was truly very nice. That said, the setup is more of a 24 hour check cashing store than a gold and coin store. And with the name, Gold and Coin, in their title you would think they'd have some gold and/or coins. They had NO Gold Bullion bars, 3 mexican 1/2 ozs, and No silver eagles of any kind for any year. So the setup and the selection alone is enough for me to not recommend this place for purchasing. Not sure how they are to sell to, so also note this review is only related to purchasing.
