The customer service on the phone wasn't very helpful, so I left a message on their phone and the website asking to remove fallen tree branch on the curb, and they did a good job this morning. :) Thank you.
I have been here for an hour now because of a specific employee incompetence . She was asked 3 different times if she had a form submited since She was the employee who dealt with the customers directly a few days before. She said she didn't get it every time. As i was talking to a different employee she walks over with the form.... Doesn't apologize, she then takes over amd prpceeds to put the blame on me.... Still no apology! At this point i have dealt with 3 different employees who all were snobby .Take some customer service classes!!
The customer service is horrible. I have attempted to talk to someone reasonably several times and am always met with a condescending attitude and very abrupt. This is not acceptable public service.nWe need a new Mayor to clean house.
I had a nice experience trying to fight a parking ticket.
