The bookstore has POOR service! especially now with all online and needing “access codes”, digital copies of books, etc... This semester I have had the same problem twice and they took almost 2 WEEKS to fix the problem.. When I had signed up for a psychology class they directed me to purchase this one book that is needed for the class... later on, i was told before to purchase the wrong book and then go through purchasing the right one and returning the wrong... This other class, I am in need of an access code for my homework assignments and book... they gave me a code for my chemistry labs! I searched to see what the code is supposed to look like and it’s supposed to be LETTERS and I got numbers.... There needs to be a change!!! It is awful!! Worst College experience ever!!

I ordered a laptop through the school . Placed the order on 8/10/20 . I had not gotten any updates on the laptop whatsoever, so I finally reached out to the bookstore about two weeks later the bookstore then tells me contact financial aid it’s on their end I contact financial aid they say this is incorrect . So I reach out the the bookstore manager again . I get no response. So I call the bookstore on several occasions get different responses . So luckily this lovely lady from financial aid contacted me and cc’d the bookstore manager in the email to make sure that the bookstore would take care of this issue . Of course they said whatever they thought the financial aid lady would want to hear . A week go by still no update on what’s going on with the laptop . Finally reach out again here we are a month and A week into me ordering this and the bookstore manager pretty much says it’s nothing he could do and the inventory of what’s in stock is online . Clearly it’s not online if I ordered my laptop a month ago and have yet to receive it . They’re so unprofessional and honestly don’t see how they stay open . I try to be understanding because of course everyone is trying to adjust to this new “normal “ we are all facing but at some point you need to do your job . If the laptop is back ordered or anything is wrong with the transaction advocate that to your customers . I didn’t have to beg you to take money from me so I shouldn’t have to beg to get the items I purchased .

Extremely rude staff . An Associate literally yelled at me for asking a question twice since I couldn’t get the entire part. Worst people ever!!

Nothing but a painful and horrible experience with this place. I ordered an item on their website in June. Waited nearly a month, never heard anything, called them and they were clueless. I had to ask who their 3rd party handler was since this was an item they didn't have in stock. I then called THAT company who said they can see the order but have not received the funds from the bookstore. Call the bookstore again - no help, and they are again completely clueless. I call Follett's corporate office to inquire - nice lady there seems to want to help but ultimately this goes nowhere. I've spent countless hours trying to figure this out to no avail. It's now October and I finally received a refund for them item I ordered 4 months ago that never arrived. To somehow make matters worse, when I go online to order another item the transaction appears to go through but then I get an email notifying me it was cancelled the following day. Why advertise products on your website that are not available?? And what's with everything being insanely overpriced?

Worst service ever!!!! They don't return calls. Even the answering machine basically tells you if you have already called don't call again. Then when you complain they try to cover there poor service with nothing but denials and excuses. If you can find your books somewhere else do it. They need to clean house and bring in a whole new staff or just close the place! Don't shop here all you get is frustration!! You have been warned!
