Zero stars close this place these people are always lying its takes my package 3 days to travel across states its takes these people more than 3 to deliver one simple package I had to walk over here to pick up packages just to have them say the mail career has them. But yet the package never arrives. Fire the staff hire new younger people who are actually willing to work.
It’s been almost a month and I have yet to receive my mail! Come on guys, the snow has been melting already, you can work in these type of conditions. They need to really get rid of the employees that work there, and hire a much better staff with a better work ethic.
Although I've had a few troubles getting my packages they ussual always arrive. Because of this I can only rally give them an okay rating plus the guy who does my route and drops of my mail is very friendly.
They never deliver mail nor packages. This place should be shut down. They lose packages or deliver them to the wrong address. They never accept responsibility for their horrible work ethic. This place needs to go asap. No mail for over a week!
Mail either doesnt get delivered or it says delivered and it isnt. You get to the post office to pick up the mail and at 9:02 am there is a line forming outside because the lobby was not open on time. Someone needs to do something quick. I shouldn't have to go up there every day to pick up my mail that's not being delivered.
