For an entire day the lady who took my call said she would help me in retrieving a package . I called back twice and she told me should call me at 4 to update me. I’m assuming she told to wait that long so she can clock out without actually finding my package . I called at 10am and wasn’t able to get my package retrieved all day and it was in the facility? Hmmm ..Not professional at all and inconsiderate to keep people waiting without proper communication.
They should have a sign that says it’s not open to the public and another sign that says they don’t answer the phone. I tried to call ahead of time to ask.

No one ever answers!!!!!! I have a lost package and need answers where my package is at.
I have been calling endlessly day and night. They dont answer any phone calls. Theres no point for this office to have a phone if they wont even answer. These people are too lazy and dont even do their job.
