Mr. Song is a very nice man and he treats my teeth with a lot of care. I respect him and his establishment as well as good service/ response time from his wife that works at the front desk. It was easy making an appointment and I highly recommend this dentist.
Dr. Kevin Song has been my family's dentist. He is the most friendly and knowledgeable and fair professional dentist that I ever seen. He always explains things in details and let you make the decision. He'd never push you for anything just to make him profitable. Whenever I came to his office, I always felt that I was home to talk to a trustworthy uncle.
This dentist SUCKS!!!! I repeat S.U.C.K.S my family has been going for years back then, turns out he likes to pull people’s teeth and keep them for no legitimate reason. What a weird dentist if you ask me. Did a cleaning on one of my family member and turns out he didn’t even clean. Theres still plaque on the teeth and he didnt even know until he changed dentists. Scams all the insurance money. This dentist should be fired.
I learned about Dr. Song through word of mouth from one of my co-worker's whose whole family has been using him since forever ago. I started coming to Dr. Song back in 2012 and have always been comfortable with him and everyone in the office. One of the staff in the front always remembers me when I say my name on the phone even after 6 months of not seeing me! That is great customer service! I recently had a change of insurance so sadly I have to find a new dentist though I was very sad to find this out!!! I would definitely recommend Dr. Song as I been slowly getting less cavities with his help and guidance! He has done cleanings, root canals, and fillings on me. Best part is he is opened on Saturdays!
I called and the woman hung up on me because i was not a patient!!! I wanted to price a crown!!!!
