THE YOUNG LADIES MELISSA AND GASELE WERE GREAT. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE THKU
Probably one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a while, let alone during covid. Me and my niece recieve ear piercings and the Claire's rep was so patient with the entire family and antsy 3 year old. The rep had to manage interrupting customers, customers not practicing social distancing, and customers not respecting store capacities all on her own. I will revise once I confirm her name because she was absolutely great.
I wish I could her 10's. The service was incredibly very professional, very kind and very patient. She was very sterile about the products and she explained everything to me. I usually go to joliet but the service was terribly and wasn't as clean and sterile as chicago ridge
I got my daughter's ears pierced here ( She is 4Month's)And they did a really good job although I felt it was kind of pricey for the earrings $59 but at least they are real 14k gold. The actual Piercing was free with the purchase of the earrings and they have have a wide variety of earrings to select from. The cheapest earrings they have are stainless steel and I think cost about $30. Overall I was satisfied with the service Claire's provided!!!!
Awesome! Sales and friendly staff! I was informed they do kids parties after closing upon reservations!
