Lack of respect for customers made one phone call and the disrespect from the man who answered was very suprising I expected at least some decency from him but clearly this place isnt for the kind hearted definitely not returning here at all

Went to Gold Pro to sell some gold. There I met Sam who greeted me right away and asked how he could help me. His knowledge was extensive and far beyond my expectations. I live 20 minutes away and pass numerous gold shops on the way here and will be a customer for life. Amazing!!!
