I called Advanced Dental Arts with an urgent problem with a crown.nStephanie said although Dr. Chan was completely booked they would absolutely take me same day.nI was taken in almost immediately after arriving at the office which was amazing knowing how busy they are.nDr. Chan took the time to fix the problem to perfection. He worked meticulously until he was completely satisfied and confident with the end result. He also as always took the time to explain why this happened with the crown and what can be done in the future to avoid any more problems.nDr. Chan is exceptional and incredibly knowledgeable and kind. I appreciate all the hard work you have performed on me through the years and would never think of going to anyone else.nI most highly recommend Dr. Chan to anyone looking for the finest dentist!!
Dr Chan took 90 minutes to pull a tooth. Then he did a bone graft for a future implant.nI was in incredible pain. I called office for help. He NEVER called me back.nWhen the bone graft came out, he still wouldn't call me back.nHe used my total insurance benefit and never returned my calls.nJust because he did a weekend seminar in Vegas, does not mean he has any ability as a oral surgeon or a cosmetic dentist.He does NOT.nHe relocates a lot. But his lack of morality, compassion,and ability go with him. Stay away.
