No refunds only exchanges or store credit. They are willing to work with you with layaway if they see you making payments. When you continuously make purchases they will work with you with prices. They don't seem to be open on Wednesdays though.
My husband went to this store to surprise me with a ring for our anniversary, he paid 649.00 for a ring that looked likee they got it out the bubble gum machine. The band was so thin if i was to squeeze it it would have broken. Ask for refund they told me no.. Dont shop here bad quality merchandise. I should have gotton a warranty or a certain time to return it and did not.
