DO NOT GO TO DR.DING.SHE IS INPATIENT IF YOU CANT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH OR IF YOU NEED SOME TIME TO THINK ABOUT DECISIONS THAT NEED TO BE MADE ABOUT YOUR TREATMENT. My experience with Dr.Ding was terrible from the beginning. She was rude and made inappropriate comments toward my teeth. Why did I stay? A question that I ask myself because now the bottom of my teeth is entirely ruined. Dr.Ding was very impatient with me through the whole process of my treatment, and she was very rude to me. She would say unnecessary comments such as “you really still need time to think about this”. In a rudely manner mind you that she would want me to come to a decision and expect for me to answer yes or no the same day of an appointment. Without having anytime to think about it. Some time as a patient you need some time to think about the decisions you have to make about your teeth that is going to be permanent. And at the end of my treatment when I told her my dislikes she would say “well you should be thankful because your teeth don’t look like that anymore”. It was very embarrassing and rude because she would say this in front of other clients and workers. It felt like she didn’t care about my experience all she was worried about “if my insurance is going to cover it”. All Dr.Ding cared about was getting paid not once was she concerned about my experience. Dr.Ding shows no concern about patient satisfaction and experience. And when I tried to express my concern about my treatment. She did not want to hear it. Whenever I had an appointment with her I would need time to reflect on the decision she had come to about my treatment till the next appointment. I am very disappointed because I seen great reviews online about her. Dr.Ding did this procedure where she shaved the top of my teeth because of my overbite. The first time she did it she explained to me what she was going to do.The second appointment she did this procedure she did not ask for my permission to do it. Now my bottom teeth is the size of a six year old child’s teeth because she shaved so much off without my knowledge. I did not consent or was aware of the procedure she was performing. Not the bottom of teeth is super sensitive and it’s hard to eat food.IF I COULD GIVE A 0/5 I WOULD. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. FIND SOMEWHERE THAT KNOWS HOW TO PROVIDE PATIENT SATISFACTION AND CONCERN.

From beginning to end (which lasted 3 months longer thanks to Covid), my experience was outstanding. Dr. Ding is a perfectionist, her office staff is so professional and the office has always been extremely clean, especially important now. They truly go above and beyond. During Covid, I needed to order extra invisalign trays and Rose met me to deliver them. I am thrilled with the end result and can't recommend Dr. Ding and her office more highly.

(COVID-19 UPDATE)nThis was my orthodontist before covid and today being the first day back to treatment during this pandemic. I felt very safe and comfortable due to all the safety precautions in place. There are walls between each dentist chair, your temperature is taken as soon as you walk in as well as they give you a dab of sanitizer. Also they come get you from your car for your appointment. The dentist broke her glove accidentally while working on my mouth and pulled right away and changed her gloves. Just wanna give my pleasant experience to others as I know I was hesitant to come to my appointment due to the pandemic but Align gets an A+ with safety. Stay safe everyone!!

I can’t say enough about align orthodontics. Everyone is awesome! From the receptionists to the assistants to Dr. Ding- all have been wonderful! Three of my four children required braces and we couldn’t be any happier with the results!

I had a bad accident over the summer. My front teeth took the brunt of it but Dr. Ding and her wonderful staff gave me my smile back. Thank you!
