We lost our beloved family cat Fluffy after 15 years and had no idea how to move forward. A friend referred Portage Park Animal Hospital to us for cremation services. We are so grateful! Everyone we spoke to in the office were so sweet, professional and understanding. The cremation package we received with our Fluffy included so many sweet and thoughtful things including a sympathy card signed by the whole staff! What a beautiful gesture. I have been taking my cats to Portage Park Animal Hospital for years. Presently I have one cat & recently took her for GI issues. With a change in her diet & temp RX, she's doing great! Staff is very nice & efficient. The Pandemic has made it a challenge where you can't just walk in but I've never had a bad experience during this year of Covid. Veterinarian Dr. Tobin is wonderful and takes time to call & discuss Sweet Pea's problem(s) & best way to solve them. I'm very happy I have a great place to take my feline baby.
