I was using this company for about 5 years and everything was great. Very polite and always willing to help. This time the personnel changes and the girl who is currently working there is very RUDE to customers, unwilling to help or answer any questions. The personnel did not want to help me tape the box, stated “ It’s not my responsibility”. The owner of the business is also very rude and did not even try to figure out what happened he just said “ If you don’t like our service, don’t come here”.nAlso, this situation happened in August and personnel including owner was NOT WEARING A MASK during a COVID pandemic.nnPlease avoid coming to this place, very very rude, unpleasant people!!!!!
