As much as I wanted to love this place, I don’t think I’ll come back. Initially what drew me in was the European manicure that used a special drill method of removing cuticles. When I got to the salon, I was greeted quickly and the manicurist got to work. The cuticle removal was great, however, it went downhill with the polish application. I got a regular nail polish manicure because I wanted to take a break from no chip. The first negative was the fact that there was no fan for me to dry my nails at the end of the appointment. I was led to the chairs in the front to wait for my nails to dry. The salon did the pink polish. They took quite a long time to dry too because there were two extremely thick layers of top coat applied. Then the chipping started.nThe very next day after getting my nails done, they chipped and started cracking on each nail. It was so disheartening that I took the polish off the day after it was applied because it looked so bad and repainted them myself (green polish). Now not even 4 days later, the skin at my cuticles is peeling back on basically every nail. It’s really disappointing because I wanted to love this place but I don’t think I’ll be back.

I really enjoyed my experience in the O&B Salon Spa.nI did hair cut and gel pedicure there.nAnd I loved it so much!nSalon is super clean by itself, stuff is true professionals, people who know what they do and love what they do.nDefinitely will recommend this place!!!nAnd will definitely be back!

I thought this was a nice place. But now I see. There customer service is horrible. Probably my worst spa experience! While you sit in the waiting room you can hear kids running around in the salon. You really don’t get to relax much with all that going on around you. I definitely would not return to this salon and pay full price for the services because you are not able to relax and lounge in peace as you would at other salons.
