Excellent service and pleasant during a time of chaos and need. I was treated surprisingly well after reading the reviews... and had all of my issues taken care of with a smile. Also recommend getting there at opening
Sent a priority mail over the weekend hoping to get those important documents get to it’s recipient on timely manner as they were urgently needed. Unfortunately USPS does is just disappoint. They lack customer service and and are very rude when you reach out to look for your mail. Representative at this branch was not customer friendly at all. Their poor call handling skills because of their mishandling of lost mail is unacceptable!
Lazy women working today 2.26.21 when I stopped by a 6:10pm. On top of not being knowledge and a male standing behind me. We were both waiting in line first when a lady just walked in straight to the counter and got attended ahead of us. I let that pass because maybe the lady didn’t “see us in line waiting”. Anyways I just stopped by to drop off a package and needed help to attach the already pre-paid label. I asked the woman’s that attended me to help me out. Her response was “ you have to tape it up “. I asked her if she has any tape for me to do it myself. She still would not help me out, terrible service!!!
Victor was very helpful and patient. I had to send a package and he took the time to help. I am thankful.
Honestly this has been the best customer service I have ever received at a Post Office. Victor and Marilu were so helpful, respectful, and demonstrated having a positive attitude. I was listening to the way they spoke to customers ahead of me and they were just so nice. I also received great service. They are an example of great customer service!
