Walgreens Pharmacy

Very nice staff and the shelves are always stocked and they always carry my favorite Tea. You go in her what you need and be on your way with a smile.

6 pharmacy workers standing arround doing nothing and none of them willing to talk to me when I just want to pick up my order....

Closed the store 10 minutes early. No bueno.

Walgreens Pharmacy at this location, probably the worst I've experienced, the wait time is horrible, you drop off a script they tell you to come back in an hour, you come back, the meds are not filled because they are not going through insurance, suddenly if you complain the meds are reprocessed and magically are going through the insurance? What a mess, and than of course, they tell you to wait additional 20-30 minutes for reprocessing. It's a joke! Imagine an elderly sick person making these round trips, waiting and waiting due to someone's incompetence to process it the right way first time around. Pharmacy should call the patient if there is a problem BEFORE they show up at the pharmacy assuming meds are ready! How inconsiderate to make a sick patient do multiple trips or have them wait so long for the medication that they so urgently need! What seems to be the problem? Is this place understaffed? Is it the improper or insufficient training? AND why doesn't this facility have a drop off window? And what is the purpose of their Express pickup (pass only)? No one is using it! You wait in 1 Line just like Everyone else! But wait, it gets better, they tell you to wait but do you think they'll call your name once RX is ready? NO, you wait and wait and if you're tired of waiting you need to go back to line again and ask if the script is ready! Ridiculous!! Worst place ever, there is no one supervising, managing this mess!
