The drive thru needs to be for pick ups only. You spend an average of at least 6 minutes and that’s if you’re NEXT car in line. Otherwise, I have spent 20 minutes sitting in line here. Only other exception may be for handicapped, but they have parking spots for those people. I’m no way should you be allowed to sit in drive thru waiting for insurance approvals, or handling other issues with your order. Send them out of the line until it’s resolved!!!
