Went in to get chain fixed and was charged 35$ however when I returned to get my fixed chain back it was replaced with a different chain much thinner and I complained and asked for a manager which I never got to speak to rather they were speaking a different language and told me they would not replace my chain or just give me my money back. I will be going to the better business bureau over this.

I wish I could give these people no stars. They were incredibly rude when they found out I was looking for a ring for my girlfriend. “Selena” was the one working and wouldn’t even show me any options. All she did was give me dirty looks.
