I came to piercing pagoda after learning that they had a nice selection of children's jewelry. It was just before Valentine's Day and although my daughter is only 2 and a half, and I wanted to get her something special. I met the manager Betty and she was so friendly and helpful. I bought a beautiful small pink heart charm and gold necklace for my daughter and the matching children's ring for myself.nThe charm ended up getting lost when the necklace was taken off. I went back and was fortunate enough to see Betty again. Of course it was another amazing experience. I will definitely be making more purchases for my daughter and myself there in the future. Thank you so much for your genuine conversation and friendly customer service!

The ladies were super cool and answers every question that I asked with no problem even though I just asked the same question in different ways. The staff was very friendly and made the environment super friendly and accepting! They also made sure to make me feel comfortable while putting my piercing on. They were super clear on how to take care of my ears as well.

Even though they were having some technical difficulties, Alma answered the phone with a smile and solved all of my silly questions with patience!
