Staff couldn't answer question and one cashier. Never had this problem there before. Hope I'm the only one complaining.
Great store, however, Josie, THE CASHIER, needs some basic training on how to be polite and provide good customer service and not speak to customers like they are beneath her.
Great customer service all around. Ryan in particular. First time he assisted me, he needed help finding my item. Rather than hand me off to the other employee, he came along to find my item and know the location. 2nd time, he helped me get exactly the right cut and size of spooled rug. Good guy! Good store.
Have been shopping at this location for over 25 years, and have noticed a big change with the new ownership. They have halve increased their customer service, along with providing a variety of repair services, such as lawn mower repair, snow blower repair, and replacing old and torn window screens.nVery good neighborhood ACE to shop at.
