Poor service I should say th least. I was greeted and checked in by an elderly tax preparer who got me checked in and then notified other coworkers I have arrived. The lady that was doing my taxes didn't know what she was doing and she didn't know how to read my pay stub. I arrived ahead of time, waited until 5-10 minutes until 2pm then two ladies that I heard chatting in the back finally came out. As another client arrived for there 2pm appointment he was immediately taken before me as I have been waiting for over 20 mins which I found was odd and there was never any apology given just continued poor service. I have been doing my taxes for years at the same location and the new tax preparers have showed me lack of customer service and time management.

Booked an appointment for 3pm today, my husband got there and didnt have an appointment. The guy outright lied, said I didnt talk to him and I must have talked to someone else. I have the phone number I called and it was this locations phone number. Pretty sad, are least be honest about messing up booking.

Very capable handling of the taxes. The agent knew exactly what to ask for, and helped weed through unnecessary parts.
