Great Customer Service by both Gail and Dan in the Wollaston location. I originally had an appointment to meet in person but then didn't feel comfortable. Gail let me know I could drop everything off and assured me everything else could happen on line. I dropped it off and just a few hours later my return was complete. I am also hearing impaired which complicates things but Dan communicated with me via email which required more work and patience. In uncertain times like these it is a relief to know I could be certain of getting my taxes done so easily.

Stephen F really made some great suggestions and was highly thorough on explaining every line item. He even explained some items I just had questions on out of curiosity. He is the best!
