We have been going to Oakton Animal Hospital for 13 years. All of the staff are extremely knowledgeable and care deeply for animals. Dr. Ephraim seems to know things before they happen and has given us sound advice from bringing a puppy home to having to say goodbye. We will continue bringing all of our dogs to Oakton.
I am a new client. I have a 4 month old pup, Chief. I was nervous when they told me I wouldn't be able to go in but the vet would call me. The receptionist were extremely friendly and explained how they would handle sharing the visit details. Once I arrived they came out and took Chief from me. The vet called and was super detailed in all the information he shared and made recommendations. I will be going in for my second appointment this week so hopefully I have the same experience.
I LOVE THIS VET!!! So kind and loving, exceptionally helpful. I can't say enough good things about them. I've been with them for five years and I won't go anywhere else. My pets are very happy. And their workarounds for Covid are convenient and very effective.
So far, not so good. Front desk girl is an airhead who has the compression of about an 8 year old. And that's being generous. I like the Doctor but it's like trying to get a hold of someone at Facebook once they get your money. Yeah, not gonna happen. They're slow to get results back and don't listen. It's a shame because I was impressed at first.
The staff at Oakton Animal Hospital is amazing. They are always super friendly and so careful with my dogs. I can tell they truly care about the animal ❤ufe0f
